UPK 2019
Registration for the 2026-2027 UPK Wrap Program will open Monday March 2, 10:00 a.m. 

Hilton-Parma Recreation is once again offering a wrap-around recreational program
housed at Village Elementary, for students enrolled in a Village Elementary UPK session, between the hours of 7:30 am and 5:00 pm.

It is the program’s mission to provide an affordable, enriching, fun, and safe before, during & after school experience for families. The program features amazing staff, structured curriculum, positive socialization, enrichment, and physical activities.

If space is available, students from non-Village Elementary UPK sessions are welcome; however, there is no transportation provided to and from their UPK class site and Village Elementary. 

***PLEASE NOTE - ALL REQUIRED PARTICIPANT INFORMATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION TO ENROLL YOUR CHILD & FULLY REGISTER (You will be prompted to complete two brief forms)***

Program Details
  • PLEASE NOTE: Program details and pricing are based on a five (5) day per week school schedule:
  • WHO: Children enrolled in UPK at Village Elementary School.
  • AGE: Child must be 4 years old by December 1, 2026
  • WHERE: Village Elementary School, 100 School Lane
  • WHEN: Monthly during the 2026-2027 school year (on scheduled school days)

Registration and Important Information
  • Registration for our wrap program opens following the UPK lottery.
  • When registering for UPK through the HCSD process, be sure to indicate the appropriate preference (“I hope to enroll my child in the HP Wrap Program”).
  • Registration is first-come, first-served and space is limited.
  • Sessions will run only if minimum enrollment is met.
  • Sign up as soon as possible; no later than the session minimum registration deadline of April 24.
  • If any session minimums are not met, families will be notified in May.
  • Families can choose any or all options based on their needs, and must provide lunch if applicable.
  • Registrants enroll for the entire school year and are charged monthly.
  • There will be no pro-rating based on the amount of days per week/month care is needed.
  • There is no care during school breaks/days off.

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: THE VILLAGE UPK PROGRAM WILL SCHEDULE HALF DAYS SEPARATE FROM THE REGULAR SCHOOL DISTRICT CALENDAR. PLEASE BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR MORE INFORMATION REGARDING UPK WRAP CARE WHEN THE VILLAGE UPK PROGRAM CONFIRMS THOSE DATES

Times
  • Before School Care: 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. or 8:45 a.m.
  • During School Day Care (AM): 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • During School Day Care (PM): 11:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  • After School Care Option 1: 2:15 p.m. or 2:30 p.m.- 3:45 p.m.
  • After School Care Option 2: 3:45 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Costs
  • Before School Care: $170/month
  • Morning UPK Care for 1/2 Day UPK: $550/month
  • Afternoon UPK Care for 1/2 Day UPK: $550/month
  • After School Care Option 1: $200/month
  • After School Care Option 2: $200/month
