Camp Accelerate is designed to teach the foundations and proper form for standing/walking, jogging, running, and sprinting. This camp is a foundational block for building agility and athleticism, developing coordination and motor skills, and increasing speed. Participants will engage in strategic exercises and fun drills, which are transferable to all sports and also help
prevent injury. Each stage will last 1 week for a total of 4 weeks.
