Charcuterie
Charcuterie boards are all the rage right now. People are making them for group events as well as date nights. Come this evening as your instructor, Liz Bauld, shows you how to create a few different boards. One of them will include instruction on how to make meat roses. This class is a demonstration, but participants will be given the opportunity to practice creating the roses themselves. As always, generous samples are offered so come hungry.
