May 8:  10 Warning Signs of Alzheimer's and Dementia - Learn how to recognize common signs of the disease; how to approach someone about memory concerns; the importance of early detection and benefits of a diagnosis; possible tests and assessments for the diagnostic process, and Alzheimer’s Association resources.

June 12:  Understanding Alzheimer's and Dementia - Learn about the impact of Alzheimer's; the difference between Alzheimer's and Dementia; stages and risk factors; current research and treatments available for some symptoms; and Alzheimer's Association resources.

July 10:  Healthy Living for Your Brain & Body - Learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement. Incorporate these recommendations into building a plan for healthy aging.

August 14:  The Empowered Caregiver: Building Foundations of Caregiving
This course explores the role of a caregiver and changes they may experience, building a support team and managing caregiver stress.

September 11: The Empowered Caregiver: Supporting Independence
This course focuses on helping the person living with dementia take part in daily activities, providing the right amount of support and balancing safety and independence while managing expectations.
