Join Cornell Cooperative Extensions Nutrition Educator, Allyssa VanValkenburg, for monthly nutrition classes. Lessons cover the unique needs of older adults. Topics will focus on important subjects like eating healthy on a budget, how nutrition affects bones and joints, heart health, and the importance of physical activity. Many times a simple recipe is demonstrated and sampled.
