Track and field runners at the starting block
Designed primarily for Sprinters/Jumpers/Hurdlers. The experienced coaching staff will lead all sprinters, jumpers, and hurdlers through 12 sessions of intensive summer training. Our program integrates aerobic and anaerobic activities supplemented by core strength and speed and agility technical work. The curriculum will enable all campers to understand how the various energy systems work to maximize speed and power. In addition, campers will be exposed to a full array of supplementary training modules, flexibility, and range of motion, full body strength, plyometric and isometric, biomechanical perfection, and nutritional training.
