Step ONE:
Secure your seat on the bus! NEW THIS YEAR - we are using a Hilton School District bus to keep costs down. This also means that we have less seats to offer. If you do not secure this first, we cannot guarantee that a seat will remain for your student. Transportation registration is handled by Hilton-Parma Recreation and only one school bus will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis and then we will waitlist those interested. Once a waitlist is started, we will need to meet minimum numbers before we can add a 2nd bus.
**The option to purchase your seat on the bus will be available today, whereas the Bristol Store will be available at some point over the weekend.
Pay attention to deadlines as we do have an early bird discount that expires on 11/15. The rate will increase $30 on 11/16 for those who wait!
Step TWO:
Consider the Scott Delforte Scholarship application. Last year we had 3 winners! This form is due October 20.
Scott Delforte Foundation Website
Scott Delforte Scholarship Application
Students from all clubs are eligible to apply. It is an incredible resource for kids where financial resources may be an obstacle for their participation in your school’s Snowsports Club. The scholarship will cover the cost of the student snowsports pass + equipment rentals, not transportation. Once scholarship winners are chosen, Hilton-Parma Recreation will be contacted, as will the recipient.
If you are not applying for the scholarship, register for your lifts/rentals with Bristol at
https://BRISTOL-TMI.secure.na3.accessoticketing.com/embed/store.php?merchant_id=600411&emerchant_id=100101
Helmets are not included in the rental equipment and can be rented or purchased separately in the online store.
A photo is needed at time of paying for your Bristol purchase and your students pass will not be sent to our office unless a photo is submitted!!

Having a Ski/Board Pass/Rentals does NOT reserve your bus seat. If you purchase your lifts/rentals and do not secure a seat on the motorcoach, you will not receive a refund from Bristol and you will be on your own.
Step THREE:
ENJOY cruisin’ the slopes on Sunday morning and afternoon!
**DEADLINE TO REGISTER WITH OUR CLUB IS 12/1.
