Adults Sparring in Karate
Learn the basics of Isshn Ryu Karate in a friendly, family oriented setting. Classes will include conditioning, basic movements (blocks and strikes) and kata (ritualized fighting, aka-‘Forms’) Wear loose fitting clothing. Uniforms available for purchase. Family members are encouraged to observe.
