Young Boy and Girl Sparring in Karate
Come join us to learn the basics of Karate in a friendly, family-oriented setting. Classes include physical conditioning, basic movements (blocks and strikes) and real world applications for the self-control that comes with training. Wear loose-fitting clothing.

Notes from the Instructor
  • Sensei Steve holds a 6th Degree Black Belt in Isshin Ryu Karate, and Sensei Jason Knap holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Isshin Ryu Karate. Combined they have over 40 years of martial arts experience.
  • We ask that students wear comfortable clothes they can move around in easily, along with having a clean pair of sneakers they can change into once they arrive.
  • Parents are not required to stay and watch but are encouraged to do so.
  • Parents will be required to be present at the first class to sign additional waivers.
