Young Boy and Girl Sparring in Karate
Do you know a youth who could benefit from a structured environment specializing in teaching focus, discipline and physical strength? Someone who has room to improve in attitude or tenacity? Come Join us to learn the basics of Karate in a friendly, family-oriented setting. Classes include physical conditioning, basic movements (blocks and strikes), and real-world applications for the self control that comes with training. Wear loose fitting clothing and clean shoes.

Notes from the Instructor
  • Sensei Steve holds a 6th Degree Black Belt in Isshin Ryu Karate, and Sensei Jason Knap holds a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Isshin Ryu Karate. Combined they have over 40 years of martial arts experience.
  • We ask that students wear comfortable clothing they can move around in easily along with having clean shoes to train in.
  • Parents are not required to stay and watch, but are encouraged to do so.
  • Parents will be required to be present at the first class to sign additional waivers.
