Carrie Macrillo is a certified Trauma-Informed Hatha Yoga Teacher with advanced training in Yin, Restorative, Somatic, and Chair Yoga. Her warm and inclusive approach ensures every student feels supported, with poses thoughtfully modified to meet individual needs.
