Get ready for a day of surprises and a bag full of goodies as each vendor will be adding something to your bag! We’re heading to Syracuse, affectionately known as “The Salt City”, once a hub of salt production where even the roads were paved with it. Our first stop takes us to the Syracuse Salt Company, where a father/daughter duo will share the fascinating history behind their locally sourced, hand-finished, small-batch salts and yes, you’ll get a special item for your bag! Next, enjoy free time to shop, eat, sip, and explore at the vibrant Salt City Market, a 78,000-square-foot culinary and cultural hub featuring a diverse mix of global vendors. Grab a bite or a drink on your own ($), browse the shops, and soak in the eclectic atmosphere. With appetites satisfied, we’ll head to the beloved Speach Family Candy Shoppe, serving sweet treats in Syracuse since 1920. Indulge your inner chocoholic with something delicious to take home—or enjoy right away! No trip to Syracuse would be complete without a visit to the iconic Columbus Bakery. There, Jimmy will hop on the bus to share the rich family history and send everyone off with a fresh loaf of legendary Italian bread for the ride home. Our final stop before hitting the road is dinner at the Spaghetti Warehouse, where you’ll choose from a delicious menu and enjoy house salad, freshly baked bread with garlic butter, and a soft drink. Entrée options include:
