Join Amanda of Mind Over Mat for a 60-minute open-level vinyasa yoga class. During class, you will focus on your breath as a way to move through the different poses. Vinyasa yoga is a light-intensity cardiovascular workout. It is a great way to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. All levels, including beginners, are welcome!
About your instructor: Amanda is a 200 HR RYT with Yoga Alliance. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.
Program Notes:
- It is recommended to bring a yoga mat, water, sweat/hand towel, and dress in comfortable layers.
- Essential oils may be used in class.
- Minors are to attend with a parent or guardian.
- This is a safe space.
