Flag Football Girls JV/Varsity Camp
This will be a 3-day camp run by the Hilton Girls Varsity Flag Football Staff designed to work on the defensive and offensive skills used to be successful in the game of flag football. This camp will also work on training for speed, quickness, agility, and strength during fun competitive activities. The camp will be an opportunity to install our offensive and defensive system, while developing teamwork through team bonding and competitive games.
**This camp is for girls entering grades 9-12.

Each Camper will receive a Hilton Girls Flag Football T-shirt (if registered before August 1st). Wear sneakers/cleats, shorts and t-shirt and bring a water bottle along with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude ready to have alot of fun.
