Sausage Making with Pettinari's
Join us for a fun, hands-on class that will teach you everything you need to know to craft your own delicious sausages! Our great partners at Pettinari’s, owners Katie and Giuseppe, will guide you through the entire process—cutting and grinding pork butt, weighing spices, and casing sausages. By the end of the class, you’ll have both Hot and Mild Italian sausages, taking home 4 pounds of your very own creations. Who knows? You might be inspired to start making custom sausage flavors at home! Don't miss out on this flavorful adventure!

Registration Notes:
  • All ages are welcome to register and participate.
  • Children must be accompanied and assisted by a participating adult.
  • Each registration receives 4 lbs. of sausage. If you desire more, be sure to register multiple members of your party but registrants are permitted to register one individual and work as a group.
