This is a 3 day camp run by the Hilton Girls Varsity Flag Football Staff designed to work on the defensive and offensive skills used to be successful in the game of flag football. This camp will also work on training for speed, quickness, agility and strength during fun competitive activities. This camp will also be an opportunity to install our offensive and defensive system, while also developing team work through team bonding activities.
