Smiling Kids Leaning Down into the Picture
Summer Camp offers a wide range of activities and experiences as well as a social connection to new friendships. The kids will stay active in a safe setting as our sites are certified with the Monroe County Health Department. We will have CPR & First Aid certified counselors and maintain a staff ratio of approximately 1:8 or 1:10 depending on the age group.
Come join our staff this summer for games, crafts, athletics, field trips and much more fun!
*****PLEASE NOTE - ALL REQUIRED PARTICIPANT INFORMATION & IMMUNIZATIONS ARE REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ENROLL YOUR CHILD & FULLY REGISTER (You will be prompted to upload immunizations and complete two brief forms)*****

FIELD TRIPS & WEEKLY THEMES
  • Each week of camp is themed and includes one field trip per age group which is built into the cost of camp.
  • By signing up for camp you are signing your child up for the offered themes and field trips.
  • If you wish for your child to stay back at camp, he/she may stay with one of the other groups, but you will not receive a discount for missing a trip.
  • There is no option to stay back at the playground home-base site for the trip to Parma Town Park; all kids attend or stay home.

SWIMMING
Each camp will visit the Merton Williams Aquatics Center for swimming on a weekly basis. It is included in the cost of camp.

ICE CREAM
Abbott’s, LuGia’s, Bruster's and Kona Ice may visit for cold treats weekly at an additional cost TBA.

REGISTRATION & REQUIRED INFORMATION
  • Registration for Parma residents and for those in the Hilton School District opens on Monday, April 29.
  • It opens for all others on Monday, May 13.
  • You MUST pre-register for any and all sessions of the program.
  • Upon registration you must provide ALL information in regards to the participating children’s contact and medical information in addition to uploading the most up to date immunization records.
  • Those who have previously enrolled in a program that requires such information will already have an account and be required to update, add and/or confirm accuracy of information before the participant’s first day of attendance.
  • Those who are completely new to our programs requiring such information will be required to complete the form upon registration.

  • We have our very own Summer Camp Website.
  • The site, www.hprecsummercamp.com, was created specifically for Summer Camp Parents as a tool for them to go for all of their Summer Camp needs. It will be updated by the end of May.
  • It offers so many great features to Summer Camp Parents and Guardians including:
  • A user friendly cover page with general information
  • Easily found page links to all camp sites by age group or time of day
  • A page for each camp site equipped with weekly newsletters, pictures of the children in the camp, videos, animated camp site calendars, google map directions, staff photos and bios (updated as staff secured) and links to register for additional sessions or go to any of our social media sites.
